1. Navigate to download my certificate:
Once you have logged-in, navigate to Download as shown on image.
From the dashboard you can view your orders, manage your account detials and edit your password.
2. Click on download certificate:
Select membership Certificate to fill in detail for your certificate and begin the process.
3. Click on download certificate:
Select membership Certificate to fill in detail for your certificate and begin download
Once you have selected and filled in your details click Submit, you will be then taken to a page to confirm that your details are correct.
Clicking download will download your certificate to your device.
You can download your certificate as many times as you like.
4. trouble shooting :
Required fields must be filled in for your certificate to be downloaded. You will be prompted to fill in the mandatory fields, should they be overlooked.
